Returns & Refund Policy
At The Global Collective, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
Because many of our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns on food or beverage items.
Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund (including shipping).
Quality Concerns
If you’re not satisfied with product quality, contact us within 7 days. If the item is deemed faulty, we’ll replace or refund it.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
